I truly believe that improving day-to-day activity levels in our community, is one crucial step towards improving modern lifestyles. Benefits such as reduced healthcare dependency, family role models, cleaner air, safer roads, community empathy, improved focus, self belief and environmental understanding all fall out of the wash by simply starting with one foot in front of the other.
This is not about sporting achievements or ditching motors, just stepping to redress the balance of what humans do naturally, benefiting not only themselves but crucially local industry.
